All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Athena Fashion is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly
